Fall 2004 Session Review - FEVER WHITE CHAMPIONS
Perring Men's Soccer Div 1 and Div 2
Division 1
FEVER WHITE win Div 1 championship in a gorgeous display of skill with Fever Orange. Fever Orange easily claimed second place and took pride in their own tremendous 6 game winning streak allowing barely two goals per game - fantastic defense - and developed a more modular player format for the squad. The Fever squads operated on a tournament commitment/capability philosophy that played itself out successfully with young talent mixed with established talent for tournament preparation. Superior Products walked a way with series of handsome victories but fell short with player attendance. Stingers squeezed off a number of wins to remain in a respectable 4th position. Mutiny's GK demonstrated continued shortsightedness and literally embarassed himself by scoffing at Fever saying we "weren't much" as each Fever squad wasted his team, won its own division, played each other in the championship and won the D1 championship.
Plastic Surgery
suffered the most having been struck in the nose hard with 7 losses in 7 matches and will attempt another campaign in Division 2.

Division 2
Linway smashed through the session without a loss and ended the session in a fracas with the young Palmisanos's squad. According to eyewitnesses Palmisanos mouthy players and families discovered that their skin is quite thin and soft when it comes to Perring culture. Fights broke out as an amused T&H Soccer squad watched the melee. Welcome to Perring! A freshened Blue Devils saw a return to older days with a .625 record and lead the division with the BEST defensive record. FTQ crept up with a better session out of the year as the former historical champs of Perring have grown a little older but are just as smart. T&H Soccer cranked out two wins out of eight matches which is unheard of and of which they probably just don't care but still happens to be noteworthy. Real FC took the loser's cake with a -38 goals in Div2. Ciao!

_F_E_V_E_R__WHITE _S_C__N_E_W_S:

01.06.05 W 4 - 2 FEVER WSC vs. FEVER OSC
Fever White win Div 1 championship in exciting display of talent with the Fever Orange squad. Positions were played well, audible telegraphing and general teamwork generated a thoughtful energized match from both sides. Well done boys! Congratulations.

12.30.04 W 6 - 2 FEVER WSC vs. STINGERS
Fever White defeat Stingers in well paced match. Tactics begin to emerge in a more fluid form.

12.23.04 W 6 - 2 FEVER WSC vs. PLASTIC SURGERY
Fever White outmatch PS and bag another win. Thanks to Sanchez for filling as keep with Oliver getting ready for Fallujah. Steve takes GK in 3rd and 4th. John Salbeck debuts and Dustin Abey squeezes in a match for the holidays. Good work boys!

12.09.04 L 6 - 7 FEVER WSC vs. SUPERIOR PRODUCTS
Fever White fall to Superior Prod. in a tight match. Fever dominate first half but FWSC keeper Oliver suffers excessive injuries which melt concentration in the back. Even after FWSC's shelling fest in the final 10 minutes, SP edge out FWSC 7 - 6. Exceptional match from both sides. Plenty of magic from Ace and Abey as well as great performances from Novak and Rhodes. Very good soccer, just a disappointing result.

12.02.04 W 11 - 4 FEVER WSC vs. STINGERS
Fever White defeat Stingers in a decent match. Stingers take the slow carving with pace and genuine strength.
White demonstrate high potential with assertive natural talent.

Fever congratulate Blue Devils as they hit high stride beating TH 13 - 2 which make them serious D2 championship contenders.TH's beer brand unknown. No matter - Go Blue Devils!!!

11.18.04 L 4 - 6 FEVER WSC vs. FEVER OSC
Fever White still trying to catch it's bearings fall to FOSC 4 - 6. Well paced match from both squads yeilds a wonderful night of quality soccer. FWSC aims sights on Stingers next week.

Match Preview: On Thursday's Fever derby both squads will focus on tactical execution in order to remain injury free.

11.11.04 W 3 - 2 FEVER WSC vs. PLASTIC SURGERY
A bizarre night for the Fever Club all around as a regretable assumption of winning invades timeliness and early focused pressure. FWSC slinks through a victory beating Plastic Surg. 3 - 2.

11.04.04 W 5 - 3 FEVER WSC vs. "MUTINITY"
Fever White inserts another nail into "Mutinity". FWSC slogs through a lackluster 43 minutes of "it'll come to us soccer". FWSC finally prooves a score at will mentality slicing up Mutiny's goofy 3-2 lead by scoring 3 goals in the final 5 minutes.

F_E_V_E_R__ORANGE _S_C__N_E_W_S:

01.06.05 L 2 - 4 FEVER OSC vs. FEVER WSC
First things first: FOSC goal to note, Laroque's BANGER - simply AMAZING and it is on tape - dvd duplication $49.95. Fever Orange comes up short in friendly championship match with Fever White. FOSC enjoyed the run as a handful of recruits tasted the established talent in an enjoyable session. Good session guys!.

12.23.04 W 8 - 0 FEVER OSC vs. SUPERIOR PROD.
Fever Orange shutout SP 8 - nil. SP plagued with missing players and mid-game injuries fell hard. FOSC recruits and regulars ran like a well oiled machine and could ot have hit a better stride. Perfect ball playing, very well done!

12.16.04 W 7 - 3 FEVER OSC vs. PLASTIC SURGERY
Fever Orange defeat PS 7 - 3. Another well thought match from FOSC - enjoyable. FOSC maintain composure and take time to be vigilant. Good work boys! Jason Smith debuts.

Good luck to Steve Fell with the Atlanta Silverbacks.

12.09.04 W 9 - 1 FEVER OSC vs. MUTINY
Fever Orange carve up Mutiny 9 - 1. Mike Lott fills in as GK for an ill Mike Horst - thanks. The "no contest" feast was licked clean as FOSC took time to concentrate and level Mutiny. Great work from everyone. Viva Fever! Brooks M. debuts.

12.02.04 W 6 - 3 FEVER OSC vs. MUTINY
Fever Orange tackle Mutiny only finding true bearings in 2nd half. Slim gelling came with good patience from all players. Groove peeked out for each Fever goal with upward sophomore pressure. Karko asserts intelligent directions - admirable. Gentle game in the end; a nice night out for the Orange squad. Jeff Folten debuts.

11.18.04 W 6 - 4 FEVER OSC vs. FEVER WSC
Terry Taylor wins his first Fever testimonial in high style.
New recruits adapt quickly as Fever Orange defeat Fever White. FOSC gelled early unbalancing FWSC recruits and regulars to lift squad's moral in a 6 - 4 victory. Excellent work lads!

Match Preview: Terry Taylor agrees to captian FOSC for Fever derby Thursday evening while Mischke guides FWSC. This will be Terry's first testimonial for Fever SC.

11.11.04 L 2 - 3 FEVER OSC vs. STINGERS
Fever Orange sink to Stingers 2 - 3. Again, a bizarre night of new recruits and missing players yielded a weak but interesting challenge for FOSC.
